Fees are non-refundable except as required by EU consumer law. Payments are processed via third-party providers like Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT (if applicable for your location).

You agree not to: misuse the Service, upload harmful content, infringe third-party rights, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Intellectual Property

 

All content is owned by Qoolli Software Testing or licensors. Limited license granted for course access during your subscription.

Limitation of Liability

 

The Service is provided «as is.» We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. Not liable for indirect damages.

Termination

 

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may terminate access for any reason, with notice where possible.

Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes resolved in courts of North Holland, Netherlands. EU consumers have additional protections.
